El Salvador Majahual Tablon Tempisque 

A well balanced cup, with hints of chocolate and almond.  This excellent bean works well as a brewed coffee, but also as a single-origin espresso.  

This is an outstanding coffee.  I find it to be outside the expected Ethiopia cup profile.  There are some delicious fruited notes (some muted citrus).  But, there are also rich roasted notes of cocoa and honey.  This bean also makes an incredible single-origin espresso.
