This is a latte made with the Ethiopia Illubabor Hana Bosoke. It’s not my best art, but look at the rich contrast between the leaf and the espresso around the edges of the cup. This is a fantastic espresso bean.

A well-balanced cup, highlighting bright citrus notes, some fruity, apple-like characteristics, and warming chocolate. Works well as a brewed coffee, as well as a single origin espresso (intense flavors and awesome crema at City+ roast)
India Poabs Organic Seethargundu Estate
An incredibly complex cup, offering notes of interesting spices. This is one that, after a little cooling, seems to intensify in the cup. The profile is bright, clean, dense, and a real treat for the palate.
Ecuador Organic El Batan Microlot
A bittersweet character here, bringing with it some mild chocolate notes and a nutty, spicy profile. Works really well as a brewed coffee, and makes an interesting single-origin espresso.
