Two new coffees have arrived, and both are outstanding!
Columbia San Antionio
A very balanced coffee with light acidity and notes of chocolate in the finish. This is an easy sipper, one that comforts the palate and is widely accessible.
Ethiopia: Bedele Sota Cooperative
This coffee is really exciting! It has a dark sweetness to it, fruity, but not overly so. It also carries hints of cacao, creating a sweet, balanced body in terms of acidity, body, and flavor. One thing that makes this coffee exceptionally interesting is that it makes a superb single origin espresso. This bean tastes great as a brewed cup, but takes on a life unique to itself as espresso.

New beans have just arrived! Two different origins, both known for unique beans:
Kenya Nyeri AB Kagumo-ini
The first is from Kenya, and works well at both a medium and dark roast. The dark roast is my preference, as it brings out notes of dark fruit and a rich, almost chocolate flavor.
Brazil Fazenda de Sertao Catuai
The second bean is from Brazil. This is a good, mild Brazil coffee that tastes great at different roast levels.
