A well-balanced cup, highlighting bright citrus notes, some fruity, apple-like characteristics, and warming chocolate.  Works well as a brewed coffee, as well as a single origin espresso (intense flavors and awesome crema at City+ roast)

India Poabs Organic Seethargundu Estate

An incredibly complex cup, offering notes of interesting spices.  This is one that, after a little cooling, seems to intensify in the cup.  The profile is bright, clean, dense, and a real treat for the palate.

Ecuador Organic El Batan Microlot

A bittersweet character here, bringing with it some mild chocolate notes and a nutty, spicy profile.  Works really well as a brewed coffee, and makes an interesting single-origin espresso.
